Market Access, one of the major goal of the Multilateral Trading System, is still been discriminated among the trading countries. WTO and FTAs/RTAs has significantly contributed to the reduction of tariffs, at least in case of industrial products. However countries are coming up with new kind of tools to protect their domestic industries for exports. These tools are Non-Tariff Barriers, Sanitary and Phyto- sanitary Measures, Preferential tariffs, Excessive use of Antidumping and Countervailing measures etc.
