Mexico Vs China- what after expiry of “Peace Clause” in Dec 2007

An interesting atrile appeared in Bilaterals.org, assessing the options with the Mexico to face the dragon after the expiry of the “Peace Clause” in December 2007.  China has replace Mexico as largest suppliers and even flooded the Mexican markets with Chinese products.

Enrique Quintana, a Mexican economist makes a perfect closing remark “There are only two ways to deal with Chinese competition. The first is to avoid it, and the second is to make alliances with it”
